- Perform detailed move in inspection with tenant and have tenants sign a walkthrough verifying the condition of the property prior to move-in.

Evictions
- Recommend attorney to filing relevant paperwork to initiate and complete an unlawful detainer action

- Coordinate normal and emergency repairs
- Provide a referral list of reliable licensed, insured contractors who have competitive pricing and work that is up to code.
- Supervision of rehab and renovation projects
- Get multiple independent bids for the work
Tenant Move Out
- Inspect unit, take pictures of the condition of the property when the client moves out
- Provide tenant and landlord with a copy of walkthrough and estimated damage charges
- Put the property back on the market for rent
